Delegate (Reviewer) vs. Shareing (Reviewer)

In Outlook 2003, is there a difference between someone who is delgated a
Calendar as a Reviewer *can read items* and share a calendar as a reviewer?
I've tested it a little bit and it appears that the permissions do the same
thing but have two different dialog boxes for that purpose.
