Delegate Control - locked accounts

Hi,

I would like to give our helpdesk the abillity to unlock
locked accounts. Is it possible to do that without giving
the helpdesk full access to the user accounts? I have
looked at the delegate control wizard but I cannot find
an option to only allow unlocking of accunts.
