Delegate cannot print calendar

A user that is a desgnated delegate is able to print monthly and weekly
calendars for another user when accessing their mailbox and calendar - but
is unable to print DAILY calendars for the same user. She can print her OWN
calendars regardless of time format. The user is working via terminal server
and the Office version is 2003 (with all currently available updates).

Is this an issue previously covered, a known bug, etc? Does anyone have a
workaround for this?

I have a user with the same issue. She is not using Terminal Server. She is
using XP Pro.
