Does compact framework support Delegates?

in my smartdevice application i've implemeted delegates then it is throwing
exception that "Not supported Exception".

can anyone tell me the reason why i'm getting this exception?

i've used asynchronous delegates in my application that is why it is
throwing not suported exception. CF supports delegates but it does not
support asynchronous delegates.
