Delaying a Service

Is there a way to load a specific service last or to
delay it until some specified time after boot (ie. 10-30
seconds)? I'm having troubles with a few
programs/services on boot. They load up just fine but do
not work until I stop them and then restart them. I'd
like to load them up about 20 seconds after boot. Thanks.
 
Posibly try placing a shortcut to the service in the
startup folder and delay your login until all other
services are started. (Will not be listed in the services
console)
