Delayed Sound After Installing SP2

Hey there...

I Installed SP2, got my mic working..now my sound is delayed...doesn't
synch up with the programs...maybe a half second delay in
timing...maybe a full second.

Drivers??? Its an on-board Crystal soundcard.

Update your drivers. Since your sound is onboard, get the drivers from
either the motherboard mftr. or the OEM if you have an OEM machine (HP,
Dell, Sony, etc.).
