Dear all,
I have experienced a problem when starting Windows 2000
Professional with service pack 4. There is some delay
(about 15 to 30 seconds) before the desktop icons appear.
I have checked for viruses and spy ware, but I didn't find
any.
There are no processes running and taking the process time
or memory.
Please help me fixing this problem, because I want to
upgrade all the PC's in my company to use Windows 2000
Professional.
Best Regards,

check the RAM of your computers also you can reduce the time delay by fixing
it in registry: the key is "menushowdelay" make the value to 0 'zero'
