delay in shut down proccess

when i shut down my pc . it took between 60 to 80 sec.to
close.

i need to know why and how to fix that
 
To fix will be a trial and error scheme. You have a program that is taking a
long time to shut down. To find which one, shut down a few programs at a time,
BEFORE shutting down the computer. Then, when the computer shuts down normally
you will have found the cause. WHY? It could be so many reasons.
