hi .. I am looking for answer why a windows xp
proffessional machine will suddenly begin to take longer
than usual to logon to a domain.

there is a hotfix from microsoft for the issue contact

their tech support to have it sent to you if it applies,i
believe it is when the domain is a windows 2000 server
issue.
