defragmenting

I am trying to defragment but I dont have a program. what should I download
that is safe. McAfee said the other had an unwanted item and then I had to

You should already have the defrag program. Check Programs /
Accessories / System Tools / Disk Defragmenter.

You can also open 'My Computer'
Right Click on the disk drive you want to defrag.
Click on 'Properties'
Select the 'Tools' tab.
Click on 'Defragment Now...' button.
