How can i defragment when my drive is flagged as dirty. Even after CHKDSK
runs it still shows flagged as being dirty.

You cannot defragment volumes that the file system has marked as dirty,
which indicates possible corruption.

Hi,

Click start/run, type cmd and click ok. From the prompt run chkntfs /d, this
will reset the dirty bit. You may need to reboot before the defrag routine
will run.
