Defragmentation problems

I am trying to defrag my hard drive and each time I try I
get a message telling me "The connection to the
defragmentor engine has been lost. Restart
defragmentation." Does anyone know why this is happening
or what I can do to correct the problem?

line 280 and 291 left side and reboot
