Defragmentation doesnt

Am on XP home version, and have an odd problem.
When I click on Defragment - or Analyze - nothing happens?
 
Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.co­m/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down to
Item No. 280 "Restore Defrag.exe".
