defragment

I inadvertantly transferred Defragment off of the all
programs file to my desktop now I can't get it back to
that file, any answers?

Drag it up over the start button, and as that opens, over All Programs,
then right to wherever is convenient (which may be at an earlier point
than the standard Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools -
