defragment problem

Upon completion of the defragmenting, a window
appeared: "some files could not be defragmented" I read
the report and could not figure out why these files
couldn't be defragmented.

It is the first time this has happened when I ran disk
defragment. Any ideas?

Don't worry about it. This is normal.

Hi Judy,
try running chesckdisk (my computer then right click on C: drive and choose
properties - then tools - then "check now" and choose thorough) and then
defrag after this.
