Defrag problems

No matter how often or many times I try to defragment my
C drive, I always have files that cannot be
defragmented. The names of the files that won't
defragment change each time, so I don't believe it is a
problem with a particular file or folder. I have also
tried the command line DEFRAG option with the same
results. Does anyone know a fix for this?
 
Mark. Download this free utility. It does a great job of defragging. Be
sure to read the 'Read Me' text to be sure what you want removed. I still
send everything to 'Recycle Bin' until I can check it manually. Good luck.
