Defrag issue with MCE

I ran the defrag last night after putting it off for a while. Thing is when
it was finally done, I hit analyze and it said I should defrag. I ran it
again and than analyzed and it said I should defrag. This has never happened
before, and I don't know what to make of it?
 
Are you gaining any ground? As in after an analyze, look at the report
and see if the same files are the issue. You may have an issue with some
large files, or you may just need to run a couple more times.
