OH YEAH! Another thing.... I have just started VC++ programming about 4
months ago... And I have approximately 70 little programming examples that I
have experimented with so to learn the language and so forth. Can these
examples sitting on my machine have something to do with slow defrag? I mean
the fact that I am programming structures and fetching API functions, could
this sort of mix up my hard drive..... I don't know... just a stab in the
dark!
Anyway.... computer still defrags slow however, 2 days ago I finally got it
to defrag completely in safemode, but, Yesterday I tried it in normal mode
and this morning (after 14 hours) It defraged to 52%.
Where do we go from here!
Ross
