Defrag & Cleanmgr

Why would the Defrag & Cleanmgr disappear from the START, Program,
SystemTools, listing? The Programs are still in the system, just harder to
run. I would like to recover them to the Tools listing. Can anyone help?

Right click on the Start button and select "Explore All Users".
Navigate to the following location:

Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

Right click an open area in the right hand pane and select New ->
Shortcut.
Enter %SystemRoot%\System32\cleanmgr.exe in the box for "location
of the item".
Click Next.
Enter Disk Cleanup as the name of the shortcut.
Click Finish.
Test your new shortcut.
For Disk Defragmenter, follow the same procedure except enter
%SystemRoot%\System32\dfrg.msc in the location box.
