In Defender Beta 2 several items are noted under "history" as noted below:

My question is I cant do anything with this information. The history page
will not let me move them, quarantine them, or do anyting at all with them.
What are these programs? Are they harmfull? and why doesnt the history page
allow you to take action on what it finds!!!!!!

Thanks for any guideance.

What about how the "history" page works. Why does it display items that cant
be taken care of?

Thanks

The history displays actions you've applied to spyware and other potentially
unwanted software that Windows Defender has detected on your computer.

That is the problem, I did not take or set any actions related to these. The
items listed below just showed up in history. They are not listed under
allowed or quarantined, nor can I change/move these items status to either
category.

In Options, if you have checked the box for Apply default actions to items
detected during a scan, the program apply the action. I sugesst to uncheck
the box.
