Defaulting Access 2000 Field Properties

How do I change the automatic default properties of the Text field.
..e.g. Length to 75 instead of 50, or Allow Zero Length Strings to "Yes" instead of "No"?

In Tools>Options, on the [Tables/Queries] tab, you can change the default
length of a text field. Unfortunately there is no way (yet!) to change the
other defaults.
