Access 2003
I have a form with a total of 30,000 records. I want to add on to my drop
down "Incoming Evidence" and make this a default. Question, if I do this and
some of the records that are already entered but this field is blank, will
they still stay blank? I do not want this field in my records that is blank
to reflect what I have made a default. I wasn't sure a default choice would
auto field in where there is a blank in previous added records.

Defaults only apply to new records, so if the combobox is bound to a field you
will not change any records.
