Default Value (0) when Counting in Crosstab Query

I have a database connected to an AS400 which is counting
the number of employees in a specific position and
location.

Is there a way to display/enter a zero instead of a blank
space in a counting cross tab query?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

The Nz() function will typically help.
