Default snooze time

My reminder has a default snooze time of 5 minutes. Is
there a way to change that, say, to 2 hours?

Go to Tools and the Options. On the Peference Tab you

will see you time for your calender reminders. You set
it there.

Thanks, but I didn't see any option there for "snooze"
settings.

You cannot change the default snooze time.

Wow, any chance they will change that in the future? Hardcoding that
value seems very unfriendly to users who utlities Task Due Dates and
Meeting Reminders.

I have no idea if they will change that. It's been the same since Outlook
97. You can write to (e-mail address removed) with "Outlook" in the subject to
suggest new features but there's no guarantee that it will happen.
