Default Sessions Settings on New Users

Is there anyway to configure a "default user" or a template so that when I
create a new Active Directory user I can have the Sessions tab pre-filled
with appropriate information?

The easiest way to do this is to create a user account that has all of the
setting exactly the way you want them. We'll call this a template user
account. When you want to create a new user using those setting, simply
right click on the template user account and click on Copy. This will
prompt you to define a new username and password. Once this is completed
you will have a new user account with the same settings as the template
account.
