Default page

I change the default web page to MSN and when I reboot the computer it always changes to www.hughsearch.com..
Where do I find a utility to remove this

I use Spysweeper from Webroot. I like it, and you can use the option to protect your default home page in the options:active shields section. It's a free trial download, but I've been using it for a good year now.
