Default Mail Program?

Can someone tell me how to briefly make Outlook my default mail program.
I have to do this so Mozilla can snatch the Contacts and mail files.
Outlook used to ask if it should be the default, but I turned that off
long ago. Now I want to turn it on again and can't figure how. TIA.
 
The option should be in the Options. I haven't use Outlook in a while, but I
believe there's an option. Look for "Check to see if Outlook is the default
mail client" or similar.
