I'm using Outlook 2007 and have the "Make Outlook the default program for
E-mail, Contacts and Calendar" (Tools/Options/Other) checked, yet I continue
to get a message stating, "Either there is no default mail client or the
curret mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run
Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client.", everytime I
open Outlook.

How do I get this message to stop showing?

In Internet Explorer click Tools>Internet Options>Programs and see what's in
the "E-mail" drop-down.

If this is Windows Vista, check the "Set Program Access and Defaults". It is
possible that OL does not have all of the defaults.
