Typically, this is Outlook Express, unless you've installed Microsoft
Office, or some other application with e-mail support. If you use OE, then
click Start, Run and enter MSIMN.EXE /REG
If that doesn't resolve your problem, go to www.dougknox.com, Win XP ,
Restore OE to E-mail Clients List
