Hey all. Can't figure this one out.

We use Lotus Notes 5.11 client in our environment. I had
to recently rebuild a workstation for someone due to
hardware failure. Prior to this new machine, she had the
ability to right-click and use the send to mail
receipient functionality work, but now it doesn't. I've
tried looking in MS Kbase for changing the default to
Notes to no avail. Also used the Program Defaults app but
that only gives you the option to use Outlook Express or
current mail application. Anyone know how to get around
this?

Thanks!

Brian,

It took me a while to find this old article but the information still applies to IE 6.0. Take a look at the following article.

154359 - How to Change Default Mail Client for Internet Explorer
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];154359

Read through the whole article but pay special attention to the "Specifying Older Mail Programs" section.
