Default Group Security Question

Can anyone point me to a document that tells what permissions each of the
Built-in NT groups has? Does anyone know of a document that gives examples
of how to setup NT user access for different rolls?

Example:
Domain Administrator
Backup Operators
Server Operators
Account Operators

I am looking for documentation that will tell what each of these groups can
and can't do.
