Default Font Size

My browser font size defaults to "smaller". When I change
the text size to "medium", which is what I want, the
browser will stay there until the next time I boot when it
defaults to "smaller". How do I permanently change the
default setting?

If you do not use Eudora, and the other suggestions do not apply, perhaps
MSHTML.DLL is corrupt or not properly registered. Go to start / run and
type:

regsvr32 mshtml.dll.

If still no joy, use System File Checker (SFC.EXE) to extract a fresh copy
from c:\windows update setup files.

Thanks for your help. It was Eudora. Now I just have to
decide if I can live with Microsoft Viewer turned off.

Personally, I use Eudora with the viewer turned off but you have these
options for certain versions:

Either turn off the MS viewer or add this to the [settings] section of
eudora.ini: SeparateMSHTMLSettings=1.
