default font size

Outlook2003

When reading HTML format message,
the font size is small and needed to
adjust font size everytime.
How can I set the font size for the HTML
email to default as LARGE?
 
Also,
The font size of the printout is small in size
even I was adjusted the font size option
from VIEW menu bar.
Pls help.
