Default font colour in Outlook 2003

When I reply to a message in Outlook 2003 the default text is always blue. If
it is possible, how do I change the default colour?

Follow these directions:

Tools>Options>Mail Format (it's a tab)> Fonts (it's a button). Change the
settings for replying and forwarding by clicking the "Choose Font" tab to the
right of the selection.

Hope that does it :)
