Default font - changing

Is there a way to change the default font in FP (2003).

Everytime I add a table row, the font is TimesNewRoman, size 12 and it's
using the style of "normal". When I select format ---> styles, to edit the
style, Normal isn't even there. I want Arial and I want a smaller font
size. I know "Word" inside out, but I can't find where to change the normal
font in FrontPage for a particular webpage.
