default file type for Save As Web Page

Does anyone know how to change the default file type whenever you use the
File | Save As Web Page menu? I'd like the file type to default to Web Page,
Filtered (*.htm, *.html) instead of the usual Web Page (*.htm, *.html). But
I only want it to be the default for this menu item. That is, I don't want
to change the default file type in Tools | Options.

Tools-->Options, Click on the Save Tab. There's a choice for Default Format
near the bottom of the page. Choose the format you want from the list.

That's what I do not want to do. By doing that, it changes the default any
time I save (i.e., File | Save or File | Save As). I only want to change the
default that comes up when you do a File | Save As Web Page. For example, if
you do a File | Save or File | Save As, the default type is a Word Document
(*.doc), but if you do a File | Save As Web, you get Web Page (*.htm, *.html)
as the default type. That's the one I want to change, not the File | Save or
File | Save As
