Default "file" "save as"

I need to know how to change the default file saving system to save as
outlook message format instead of HTML. When you're saving an email, you have
a choice of text, html, Outlook Template File, or Outlook Message Format or
whatever. Most of the time it defaults to HTML. I need to be able to save the
email as an email file - with it's attachment if possible - to another drive.
How can I get this? Is it in the registry?
