Default File->Open

Can a file association be set so that all UN-associated files open with it.
I want all files with no extension as well as all files with no association
to open with notepad.
I have many applications that create numeric sequential extensions, it is a
pain always telling them to open with notepad.

I usually just create a send-to for notepad. Then I right-click the
file, select sendto and notepad.

(to do that, just copy a shortcut for notepad to the sendto folder under
your profile under Documents and Settings)
