Default Exceptions in Windows Firewall

Is Remote Assistance the only default exception?

I ask because I find some XP SP2 machines have the File and Printer Sharing
checked and the users say that they did not check it.

Is the default exception affected by what has been setup in the ICF?

If a machines has any pre-released version (e.g. RC2) of XP SP2, does
installing the final XP SP2 revert all the changes to the default?

Well put it this way, I have updated to XP SP2 and Remote Assitance is an
exception on the Firewall, so if it was before that maybe why, or it may be
set as default. But I believe it's added as Default.
