default delivery time of messages

Hi,

The "Options" of a message lets choose when I want deliver it.
Normally I want send it in the morning of the next day.
However, the default time to deliver messages is 17:00 and I have to change
it every time.

Is it possible to change this default delivery time, lets say, to 07:00?

I believe that value is tied to the "end time" value you have set in Tools |
Calendar Options | Calendar Work Week.
