Default Custom Form

Hi,
I have a dedicated printer with a custom form in it.

Is there a way to make a defined custom form the default form & page size
when the printer is selected so the user is not forced to change the Page
Size? Or, an alternative question, Is there a way to only permit that
specific form & page size to that printer?

That would completely depend on the type of printer you have installed.
Go to: Control Panel>Printers and Faxes>rightclick your printer and
click Properties. There should be a tab for device settings or an Advanced
button. There you can restrict the paper settings and also the template of
the form you are using. Without knowing the type/brand of printer you have,
and the app you are using, you must do some checking on your own.
