How do I change the default Contact List accessed under "Show Names from
the:" section after Clicking on the "To:" option while creating a new
Message in Outlook 2003?

Open the Address Book, then Tools->Options and set your preferred list from
there.

This is OL 03 and I've not found an option to set it inside the Tools -
Options window.
The address Book is the contact list inside Outlook 2003.

open the Address book - it's on the tools menu or click the address book
icon on the toolbar. Then look on *it's* tools, options menu.
