Default Compose Font

Can someone tell me how to change the default font in Outlook 2003 to 10
instead of 12?

Tools->Options->Mail Format->Fonts.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Tools > Options > Mail Format > Fonts button. (Note: I don't use Word as my
e-mail editor.)

I am using Word as the email editor.
How do you change font preferences then?

I think it is the same steps. If it isn't post back and I'll take a peek to
