Default Column Widths?

Is it possible to enforce default column widths when creating new
directories/sub-directories under the inbox folder in Outlook 2002?

Is it possible to copy an existing directories' column widths?

If you create a custom view with your preferred column widths and then apply
that view to your subfolders, the widths should always be the same.
