Default Cmd.Exe Properties for users

I need to be able to set the default properties for the command prompt window [cmd.exe](font, size, etc) so that anytime a new user logs in to a terminal server session, they automatically get that set of properties. Anyone have any ideas?
 
Check around in the settings in HKCU\Console. That
section of the registry contains all the settings for the
DOS box.
