XP SP3:

I have two users - Administrator and ME.
Neither has a password (right now).
Cold boot always chooses Administrator.
Is there any way I can get cold boot to choose ME instead?
Or do I have to use passwords in order to force me to have to choose
which I want to boot up?
I fear this is what will be the case.

You can configure XP to present at startup a menu
requiring choice between two users, one with and
the other without Admin. privileges. Many users
find it convenient to configure the Admin. with a
password (even if only X) and the Limited User
with no password -- so a single click loads the LU.

How can Administrator be shown at the Welcome screen?

The Welcome screen always choose (set the selection to...) the first
entry. And the entries are sorted alphabetically.
