default background

Hi,i have set the gpo to allow active desktop and
configured the location of the default background. have
used secedit (both machine and user) to refresh
immediatley but it does not push the default background
down??? i have checked the properties of the folder wher e
the background is and everyone and authenticated users
have access.

this is proberbley dead simple but.....

any help is very appreciated.

it work's if you leave it to propigate the gpo on its
own..but i want to push it...
