Default "all day event"

When I open a new untitled event page, it always opens as an "all day event".
I have to uncheck the box to start adding times. Is there a way to have the
page open without the default being "all day event"?

Thanks in advance!
 
Right-click on a date, and choose New Appointment. It will present
aappointment input screen with a time defaulted to the start of your work
day, but "all day" unchecked.
