Default accounts

I notice a lot of default accounts were created when I installed my OS (Win
2K Adv Srv) and AD. I was wondering which of those accounts I can turn off,
disable, change passwords for so that hackers cannot access the server via
those accounts. Also, is there a list somewhere (I feel a knowledgebase
search coming on) where one might review what each of those accounts are
used for, etc?

Disable any guest accounts, set Telnet and FTP to not
allow anymous logins as a quick start to securing the
server.
