Default Access Permissions to Active Directory

All, what is the default permission to active directory or where can I look
to find? Right now, any and all people in our IT Department can access
Access Directory after installing the Admin Pak.

Your help is appreciated.
 
Hello Rob,

Normal users have read only access, if you check the properties form a user
account, everything will be greyed out. That's default.
